Using this website

AIVULIX is the operating brand of an independent, AI-assisted film studio based in California, United States. We make and distribute original films, series and other creative work. The site is free to view and needs no account. You may view it for your own information and enjoyment, and you may share links to it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

Our films and content

Original material. AIVULIX claims rights in the original human-authored material in its work, to the extent the law recognizes them. That can include writing, creative direction, and the selection and arrangement of material. The text and design of this site are also ours, apart from licensed parts.

AI-generated material. Many of our works are made with AI tools. Whether AI-generated material can be owned, and by whom, depends on the law of each country and on each provider’s terms. We do not claim exclusive rights in every AI-generated element, and similar outputs may exist elsewhere.

Licensed material. Parts of our work and this site are used under third-party licenses, which stay with their owners. These include the terms of the AI tools we use and the SIL Open Font License for this site’s fonts, whose license files are published with the site: Cormorant Garamond and Jost.

What this means for you. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any of it to you. Viewing or downloading our work gives you no rights in it beyond those these terms state. Without our written permission, please do not copy, re-upload, edit, adapt, sell, sublicense or publicly show our original material. Rights you have under the law, such as fair use or fair dealing, are not affected.

AI training. These terms do not give anyone permission to use our original material to train AI models. We cannot control what third parties do, and the AI tools we use have their own terms on how they may use what is submitted to them or generated with them.

Our name. The AIVULIX name and logo identify our studio. Please do not use them in a way that suggests we made, approved or sponsor something we did not.

Upcoming work and content notes

A “Coming Soon” label or a description of unreleased work reflects our current plans. Titles, content and timing can change, and some work may not be released.

Some of our work includes horror and mature themes. Genre labels on this site describe the work. They are not age ratings.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, please do not:

• try to disrupt or overload it, or gain unauthorized access to it or the systems behind it;
• use it to distribute malware or to break the law;
• impersonate AIVULIX, or claim to work with us when you do not;
• copy it in bulk with automated tools to republish it or build datasets.

Normal search-engine indexing that follows our robots rules is fine.

Submissions and inquiries

We welcome business inquiries at business@aivulix.com. Please do not send unsolicited scripts, story ideas or other creative material. We may not read it. If you send it anyway, we have no duty to review it, keep it confidential or pay you for it.

Emailing us does not create a contract or partnership. Any deal needs a separate written agreement.

Third-party links and platforms

This site links to services we do not operate. Their own terms and policies apply, and we are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.

YouTube

Our films are distributed through YouTube. When you watch or comment there, you are using YouTube under the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google handles your data under the Google Privacy Policy. AIVULIX is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.

AIVULIX Publisher, our internal application, uses YouTube API Services. By using AIVULIX Publisher or any other AIVULIX feature powered by YouTube API Services, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

AIVULIX Publisher is available only to people operating the AIVULIX channel. Browsing this website does not use YouTube API Services: the site has no embedded players or YouTube data, and its YouTube links simply take you to YouTube. If we add a feature to this site that is powered by YouTube API Services, the paragraph above will apply to it as well.

Disclaimers

To the extent the law allows, we provide this site and its content “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We try to keep it accurate, but we do not promise that it is complete, current, uninterrupted or free of errors.

Our films are works of fiction. Scientific, historical or religious references in them are dramatized and are not factual or professional advice.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, AIVULIX is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you live elsewhere, you keep any consumer rights that your home law says cannot be waived. Before bringing a claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in effect.

Changes

We may change this site or these terms. When the terms change, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If you keep using the site after that, the new version applies to you.
